The villa is located near Recanati in Giardini Naxos, the most important tourism-residential center, along with Taormina (5 km) in Sicily. The property is located just steps from the sea, near the small bay of "porticcio" in a beautiful coastal stretch of unspoiled beauty and the archaeological excavations of Naxos, site of the first Greek colony in Sicily, where, in 734-735 BC Chalcis of Euboea and Nassi came from the Greek Cycladic I founded the ' ancient city.
